The math department of
St. Catherine of Siena School focuses on the students'
ability to perform math in the "Real World." We
concentrate on critical thinking skills, word problem
techniques, and basic skill practice. In order to meet the
needs of our students and improve test taking skills, we
incorporate the newest and most advanced teaching
techniques available. Through the use of technology and
hands-on materials, we believe we can mold our students
into well-rounded individuals who will have the
mathematical knowledge needed to excel in our world today.
