Below is an outline of the traditional admissions process:

1. School Tours: There are 2 ways to tour our campus:

• Morning Tours   
  • Please use the following link to sign up for a tour time: Sign Up for Morning Tour
  • If there are no more open spots, please know that you can attend our Open House on November 21 and that Morning Tours will resume after Open House in December.  
  • Sign up for these tours will be available the week of November 25 via the link above.
• Open House  Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 6pm 

2. Submit an online application form and required information.

• Please note: All Applications are to be completed online. NO Paper applications will be accepted

3. Look for Email mid- December regarding signing up for a Parent Interview and/or an Academic Assessment.

4. Receive Admissions notification & RSVP to accept spot or join waitlist.

5. New Family Information Packet will be emailed in March with Tuition, Uniform, Important Dates, etc.

6. Full tuition payment or loan arrangement is due by April 15, 2025.

  • October 1: NEW Family & NEW Sibling Applications Accepted - Online application will be available on Oct 1 via the link above.
    • Applications will be accepted beginning Oct 1, 2024 
    • All components of the application need to be submitted ONLINE for application to be considered complete.
      • Copy of Birth Certificate
      • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
      • Copy of UPDATED Immunization Record
      • Copy of Parent/s Drivers License
      • Copy of Most Recent Report Card (if applicable)
      • Copy of Most Recent Standardized Test Scores (if applicable)
      • Pay online application fee
        

• NOVEMBER 2024 
  • November 21: Open House at 6pm  

• DECEMBER 2024  
  • December 13:  New PK3 - PK4 Student Applications due. 

• JANUARY 2025  
  • January 6, 2025: Returning Family Registration Opens 
  • January 17, 2025: NEW Kindergarten - 7th Grade Student Application Deadline & Returning Family Registration Closes   
  • January 6-31, 2025: Family Interviews for NEW Students & NEW Academic Assessments for NEW Families & NEW Siblings

• FEBRUARY 2025 
  • February 7: Admissions Notifications Sent

• MID - LATE MARCH 2025 
  • New student email will be sent to New Families

Applications for the 2026 - 2027 school year will be accepted begining October 1, 2025.
