Dear Friends of St. Catherine of Siena,

Since 1921, St. Catherine of Siena Parish has been an integral part of Old Metairie by providing its parishioners with a vibrant source of spiritual and community life through its many ministries. St. Catherine of Siena School, as one of the parish’s most prominent ministries, has always delivered academic excellence while nurturing each student’s heart, mind and soul as they develop into independent thinkers. At St. Catherine of Siena our mission centers on the teachings of our namesake who urged – “Be who God created you to be and you will set the world on fire.”

This year our church and school community will host seven fundraising opportunities:

Major Fundraisers:

• 2024 SCS Parish Fair – October 18-20, 2024
• 2025 Gala  – April 12, 2025
• 2025 Old Metairie Crawfish Festival & Cook-off – May 10, 2025

Other Fundraisers:

• 2024 SCS Men’s Club Summer Cabbage Ball - June – July 2024 
• 2025 Charley Favret Memorial SCS Men’s Club Golf Tournament – January 31, 2025
• 2025 Shamrock Open Tennis Tournament – March 14, 2025

The proceeds from these efforts help us preserve a century of tradition, but more importantly, help us plan for our future legacy.
